Your MonaVie website will look like this Example Website with your own details. This includes a contact form which, when filled in, will be emailed directly to you and includes an auto responder.

To set up your own MonaVie website please fill in the following details. All boxes with a red * are required to complete your submission. Please fill in this form carefully as your details will appear on your website exactly as you enter them into the form. Any changes after setup will incur a fee of AU$27.

Please do not use 'MonaVie' in any url or email address as this is against Corporate Policies & Procedures.

If you have already registered your own domain name and you would like us to set up the redirect, please fill in your registrar name (such as godaddy.com) along with your login details. If you do not have your own domain name and you would like us to register it for you please fill in the domain name you would like. Please note this is only for .COM, .NET, .US, .BIZ, and .INFO extensions. Check here to make sure your desired domain name is available. DO NOT fill this in until you have checked that the domain name is available. There is an annual charge of AU$27 for this service and this includes a personalised email address for your own domain name:

Fee Breakdown

To set up your own MonaVie website we charge a one-off set up fee of AU$107. An additional annual charge of AU$27 applies if you require us to register your desired domain name for you. If you already have your own domain name and you would like us to set up the redirect for you there is a one-off fee of AU$17.

Please note, any changes to your contact details after your website has been set up will attract a fee of AU$27. Please email us to request changes.
